ABOUT
I’VE been making up stories for as long as I can remember.
As a child I was hungry to invent stories that let me escape into a fantasy of everyday life and see the nature of our world in a different way. In my work I hope explore an obsession with the relationships of light, texture, transportation, and moving bodies.
I am a graduate of NYU Tisch with an M.F.A. in Design for Stage and Film and Muhlenberg College with a B.A. in Theater. I am currently the Resident Lighting Designer for Mason Lee Dance Theater and a former Resident Lighting Designer for the Second Avenue Dance Company. I have designed dance pieces at Ailey Citigroup Theater, BAM Fisher, HERE Arts Center, and New York Live Arts. I am also a Production Coordinator at the Center for Performance Research in Brooklyn.
The best kinds of stories envelop you in a world of their own.
